Applications for SOCAR's Young Talents Program are open.

The 5-month program gives students and recent graduates the opportunity to gain experience in a real work environment, participate in SOCAR's projects, and work with professionals.

Within the program:

💼 You will participate in real work processes and projects

🎓 You will join professional and personal development trainings

🤝 You will receive mentorship from experienced specialists

📈 You will develop your specialized knowledge in a practical environment

💰 During the program, you will receive a scholarship according to the established rules

Who can apply?

• Citizens of Azerbaijan

• Candidates under 29 years of age

• Students studying in the final year of the bachelor's degree

• Masters students

• Those graduating in 2024, 2025 or 2026

• Those with an overall academic score of 75% or higher than 2.5

The selection process consists of an initial assessment, reasoning and English test, followed by an interview.
